Do you offer things not listed on your current services?

Always make sure to ASK me about what I am currently offering along with facials, waxing and skincare!! I am continuously taking new courses and trainings to offer new treatments and services!

What are your current measures for protection against COVID-19?

The global pandemic has been a shock to everyone. To ensure the safety of both myself and my clients, I am using hospital grade cleaners before and after each client, cleaning all implements thoroughly as directed on all packaging, checking temperatures before treatments and following all guidelines set in place by state and local officials for licensed operations. With that being said, if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or have been around anyone diagnosed with COVID-19, please call for further assistance and do NOT come to your appointment.

What is your cancellation policy?

Life happens. Things come up that are unavoidable however, please give MORE THAN  a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Should you no show your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full amount for the service that was scheduled before any coupons or discounts were to be applied. Less than a 24 hour cancellation or reschedule will result in a fee of one-half (1/2) of the service that was scheduled OR $25, whichever is greater, that MUST be paid before any further treatments will be scheduled. Arriving more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment may also result in being charged for 1/2 the service you were scheduled for and being rescheduled for another time/day. 
By scheduling an appointment with Danielle Graham Esthetics, LLC, you are agreeing to this cancellation policy in it’s fullest terms.
